Homes in every neighbourhood
Ottawa's houses range from older brick homes in the Glebe and Westboro to newer subdivisions in Barrhaven, Kanata and Orléans, and each comes with its own prep. Older homes often have plaster, many layers of paint and cracks that come back every winter. Houses from the 1970s and 1980s often still have stipple ceilings, and newer builds tend to have flat builder-grade paint that scuffs easily. We look at all of that at the site visit and put the prep in the quote.
